Centrally located in the heart of South East Galway, on the main R351 Road between Loughrea and Woodford, Curra West Golf Course is an imaginatively designed course set in pastoral surroundings. Curra West is an imaginatively designed course that has been laid out in pastoral surroundings. It is not an easy course by any stretch of the imagination but that does not mean it doesn't set-up well for beginners or high handicapper. Indeed, the course is ideal for all levels of golfer. The Course is only a short drive from either Galway, Ballinasloe, Portumna or Gort. In it's layout and design, the Curra West course represents a challenging test for both the expert golfer and beginner alike.
